SUMMARY:SONAMI invita periodistas de todo el país a curso online sobre minería
DESCRIPTION:La actividad se inicia el 5 de noviembre y cuenta con la colaboración de Compañía Minera del Pacífico (CMP) y el patrocinio del Ministerio de Minería y de la Asociación Interamericana de Periodistas de Economía y Finanzas (Aipef).\n\nLa Sociedad Nacional de Minería (SONAMI) formuló una invitación a los periodistas de todo el país a participar\, de manera online\, en la undécima versión del Curso de Minería para Periodistas\, que este año cuenta con la colaboración de Compañía Minera del Pacífico (CMP) y el patrocinio del Ministerio de Minería y de la Asociación Interamericana de Periodistas de Economía y Finanzas (Aipef). \n“Este año\, no obstante la pandemia\, hemos querido mantener esta actividad\, dado el alto interés y valoración que hemos visto en las ediciones pasadas. Por ello\, aprovechando el uso de nuevas plataformas de comunicación llevaremos adelante esta importante iniciativa que forma parte esencial de lo que entendemos como trabajo gremial. Creemos que esta actividad de capacitación para periodistas es una oportunidad valiosa de actualización de conocimientos en una industria que está en constante desarrollo y cambio. También es una ocasión propicia para poner en perspectiva la contribución de la minería al progreso nacional y potenciar nuestra relación de colaboración con los medios de comunicación\, especialmente considerando el proceso constitucional que el país ha iniciado”\, sostuvo el presidente de SONAMI\, Diego Hernández. \nEsta instancia de capacitación está dirigida a directores\, editores y periodistas que laboran en algún medio de comunicación y que cubren las noticias del sector minero o están interesados en profundizar sus conocimientos sobre el tema. Podrán participar también profesionales que trabajan en el área de comunicaciones de empresas mineras asociadas y organismos públicos vinculados a la industria. \nEl curso\, de acceso liberado previa inscripción\, se realizará a través de la plataforma Zoom y considera exposiciones sobre legislación minera\, glaciares\, mercado del litio e industria del hierro características y perspectivas\, minería y medio ambiente y el rol de la Empresa Nacional de Minería. También\, contempla una charla del ministro de Minería\, Baldo Prokurica\, sobre la Política Nacional Minera 2050 y del presidente de SONAMI sobre Minería y la 4ª Revolución Industrial. \nLos cupos son limitados y los interesados en participar pueden inscribirse en la página web www.sonami.cl o en el siguiente link: \nhttps://www.sonami.cl/v2/inscribete-para-participar-en-el-curso-de-mineria-para-periodistas-2020/ \nLas actividades del curso iniciarán el jueves 5 de noviembre\, entre las 13:30 y las 15:00 horas\, considerando 9 sesiones y se extenderá hasta el 17 de diciembre. Si las condiciones sanitarias lo permiten se programará oportunamente una visita a las instalaciones de Compañía Minera del Pacífico.

In the years since\, the Paris Agreement has fundamentally reshaped efforts to address the global climate crisis\, catalyzing unprecedent actions by governments\, companies\, investors\, cities and citizens. \nJoin us at a virtual event where speakers will celebrate what the Paris Agreement has accomplished thus far and reflect what on further efforts are needed to exponentially step up climate action.
